Mo\u017en\u00e1 je to p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9, ale my jsme jim naslouchali.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee helpdesk je zastaral\u00fd ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s podporou zam\u011b\u0159enou na IT, kter\u00e1 vznikla koncem 80. let minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed, a koncov\u00e9mu u\u017eivateli se v\u011bnuje jen m\u00e1lo pozornosti. Mohou tvrdit, \u017ee podpora byla vynalezena, aby popsala nov\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na v\u010dasn\u00e9 slu\u017eby koncov\u00fdm u\u017eivatel\u016fm. Tvrd\u00ed tak\u00e9, \u017ee ITSM se vyzna\u010duje proaktivn\u00edmi schopnostmi, jako je vzd\u00e1len\u00e9 monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed a automatizace \u00fakol\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad spr\u00e1va aktualizac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Sly\u0161eli jsme tak\u00e9 v\u0161echny pojmy z oblasti helpdesku, podpory a ITSM, jako je doba do vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed ticketu, \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zm\u011bn, aktivn\u00ed naslouch\u00e1n\u00ed, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 d\u00e9lka hovoru, sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9 call centrum, n\u00e1klady na kontakt, eskalace atd. Seznam t\u011bchto slov je dlouh\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Je opravdu tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, jak naz\u00fdv\u00e1te sv\u016fj t\u00fdm IT podpory? V\u017edy\u0165 mnoho helpdesk\u016f je velmi aktivn\u00edch, automatizovan\u00fdch a orientovan\u00fdch na koncov\u00e9ho u\u017eivatele. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b mohou help desky tr\u00e1vit spoustu \u010dasu \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm IT probl\u00e9m\u016f, v z\u00e1vislosti na posl\u00e1n\u00ed organizace. Organizace mus\u00ed neust\u00e1le vybavovat zam\u011bstnance nejlep\u0161\u00edmi technologiemi, aby byli spokojen\u00ed a maximalizovali svou produktivitu.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ochrana v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho du\u0161evn\u00edho vlastnictv\u00ed (IP) organizace.
